An assertive leader Â…who believes being the best is not good enough [ Tom Says ]

Yes, we generally cave into the fact that things are going pretty cool and what will happen? But by being an Assertive Leader it makes you think that being good is not enough. A small case in point, we were pitching for a client showcasing our product which according to the current trend was good. But when we lost the contract because it was not good enough or in line with the companies expectation made us sit up and think in the direction of being a great company from being good.

For this the leader has to assume the role of being assertive.

Camping...a way of life!

Camping is a great way to enjoy amazing outdoors. It is not just another holiday, it’s a way of life. While camping out, one is surrounded by nature and serenity. Camping might be missing materialistic comforts that one is used to… but in return one gets to explore things that are absolutely different from the usual city life.

In the hustle bustle of the fast paced life that we live in, we tend to lose touch with our inner selves. Camping is a wonderful way to get in touch with one’s inner self. I have had some amazing first-hand experiences with life whilst camping so have my fellow campers who have been on a camping holiday and have ever since been hooked to it.

At Zice Holidays , along with camping at some exotic and untouched locales, we provide all the necessary elements of camping such as the tents that you live in, sleeping bag that you get into, the food that you eat and the locals who interact with you and guide you.
